About Us
The principal consultant of Active Executive is Dennis Granger, an executive coach and psychologist with broad commercial experience.
Dennis has assisted numerous executives, managers and other professionals to develop their leadership skills, and their skills for managing the myriad of challenges associated with career and organisational development.
After a successful career in management with the Australian operation of a large multinational organisation, Dennis undertook studies in psychology. He researched factors which participants of career management programs found to be important and helpful to them.
Since the mid-nineties Dennis has delivered executive coaching services, drawing on both his commercial background and his studies in psychology. He has worked with staff from all levels, from senior executive level down, in both private and public sector organisations.
Dennis has worked in all states of Australia and in Singapore, Thailand and China. He has provided coaching and HR development services to people from a broad range of disciplines and a variety of organisations, including Toyota, BHP, Visy, Bayer, Exxon-Mobil, Telstra, Department of Human Services, Australia Post, Venture Industries, ALH/Repco and many others.

• Graduate Diploma of Applied Psychology
• Registered Psychologist
• Member - Australian Psychological Society
