About Us
The principal consultant of Active Executive is Dennis Granger, an executive coach and psychologist with broad organisational experience.
Dennis has assisted numerous executives, managers and other professionals to develop their leadership skills, and their skills for managing the myriad of challenges associated with career development and organisational change.
After a successful career in management with the Australian operation of a large multinational organisation, Dennis undertook studies in psychology. He researched factors which participants of career management programs found to be important and helpful to them.
Since the mid-nineties Dennis has delivered executive coaching services which draw on his organisational background, his interest in motivation and performance, and his accumulated experience from a broad range of coaching scenarios.
Specialties include skills for leading, communicating, delegating, coaching, influencing, providing feed back, managing and developing staff performance, strategic thinking and behaviours, assertive behaviour in the workplace and conflict management skills.
Dennis has worked in all states of Australia and in Singapore, Thailand and China. He has provided coaching and HR development services to people from a broad range of disciplines and a variety of organisations.
